Food, essentials, safe contact, and trust-building support.
Registered Australian Charity
Neighbours4Neighbours™ Australia Inc brings practical care, housing vision, and local partnership together so people can move from crisis toward home.

What We’re Building
BelongHere! keeps the pathway clear: reach people, create safe homes, and build community around them.
Food, essentials, safe contact, and trust-building support.
Small, practical homes designed for privacy, safety, and independence.
Homes, gardens, shared spaces, and support in one human-scale model.
Churches, councils, businesses, donors, and neighbours working together.
The Need
Emergency support matters. People also need a pathway that can carry them beyond the next crisis.

More people are living without safe, stable housing.

Food, hygiene items, clothing, connection, and practical help matter.

People need somewhere safe to rebuild ordinary life.
The Pathway
Three parts of one response: reach people, create housing pathways, and build community around them.

BelongHere! Villages
BelongHere! Villages place homes inside a wider setting of gardens, shared spaces, support, and neighbourly life.
Why This Is Different
BelongHere! brings care, housing, rhythm, support, and community into one practical pathway.
Outreach creates steady contact before bigger steps are asked.
Safe personal space gives people room to breathe and rebuild.
Gardens and shared spaces reduce isolation.
The model is charity-led and community-enabled.

Outreach Findings
Updated April 2026
Media reports have indicated that some homeless individuals declined offers of crisis accommodation. In our own outreach conversations with this very same cohort, however, several expressed strong interest in the BelongHere! Village model as an attractive potential long-term housing option (Neighbours4Neighbours, 2025; Neighbours4Neighbours, 2026). Our Villages, therefore, may provide a practical solution to problems that otherwise appears resistant to short-term responses.
These insights arise from direct, ongoing outreach engagement with individuals experiencing homelessness within the same local cohort referenced in public reporting. They reflect repeated, practice-based conversations and real-time responses to the BelongHere! Villages concept as a stable, community-based, long-term housing option.
